After going back and reading through everything...

Bhall was shot once in the temple which means that he wasn't killed from behind.

Either the murderer is Belle, or the murderer was in Belle's house. I don't know of any role that allows you to change your night action to decide to kill a new target after picking your target.

If the murderer was in Belle's house it must have been for a meeting to decide on the mafia's target, making Belle the Godfather and the murderer the mafia goon.

that's my reasoning to keep my vote against belle.
