He is cooking healthy suppers (he gets home before I do since I have an hour drive & my classes are after work too). He will re-start his walking. I have not convinced him yet that he needs to do some weights to build muscle mass but at least this is a start. We are going to be a lean, mean Camaro family.
Thank you!

Planning ahead really helps. It always helps me to have a plan.

And its a great feeling when those you love are supportive and even start to enjoy being healthy with you!

Normally when you think of weight gain and fat loss together you would say it's muscle gain but muscle gain does not happen any where near that fast so I would think it's because of water retention/loss
oh ok thanks!!
now does drinking a lot of water actually add on weight? i thought it was suppose to help you lose? cuz i drink a lot lol

Not in the typical sense of the word. Usually when we say weight gain we are reffering to fat gains or lean tissue gains. The weight increase you see when water is retained is usually because of something is not normal and the body is counteracting the inbalance. A good example of the difference would be take a towel and weigh it, now soak that towel in water and weight it, it will be heavier, now wring it out, the weight decreases. The towel hasn't physically changed and still weighs the same. Jump on the scale and you weigh 175lbs. stay there and drink a couple of bottles of water, the scale reading will increase but your body weight has not, this is why we always say the scales lie!!!

Dr!inking plenty of water is essential for fat loss, muscle gain and proper bodily functions
