just rotate your rims, then the scratch will be on the front. lol i'm pretty sure all the rims/tires are the same size on the LS

There is other damage in the area, its all cosmetic though...

Fluid flush doesn't sound right at all... doesn't hurt to take it in and let them determine if it's damage or covered under warranty. Either way you need to get it fixed...

Yea because as it is, I might be paying for 50% even though it was the other guys fault. I didn't do a good job documenting being my first time being hit, (and I was in shock that my pretty camaro was hurt)

Btw, when glancing through threads. I see a lot of user was banned and account suspended. Does the website get a lot of nincompoops?
