I would need 3,371 calories a day to maintain my weight if I were highly active, but since I have a desk job and don't exercise I only need the 2,345 mentioned above to maintain.

I wouldn't be able to get out of bed on 1500 calories!

But I'm one of those asshole skinny people that eats anything and everything and dont gain weight. If I had to guess, I bet I'm consuming around 4-4500 a day. Not counting beer calories.

I was like that until I hit 30 and my metabolism slowed down. I'm still more fortunate than others though.

I just want to get down to 180 and that's easily doable if I watch what I eat. I'm only 190 now. I'm taller too, and it doesn't show on me as it would someone a few inches shorter.

I thought that would happen to me too, so I took it easy for awhile. Bit damn, I started to loose weight. So I went back to my normal routine. Just turned 35 today, so keeping my fingers crossed, cause I like to eat!!

I did treat myself, and am building a killer home surveillance system, which should arrived next week. After the 1 attempted break in at my last house, it's something I've wanted for along time. 5 poe cameras, server, 3tb hard drive for storage locked in the safe, battery backup on everything. No one getting near my house without me knowing!!

oh, and the kegs too!!
