Question Is it possible to embed Photobucket videos to Camaro5?

I have a Photobucket video I want to embed in my build thread on Camaro5. However, I have no idea how to do this. Embedding a YouTube video is a piece of cake on Camaro5, as it does most of it for you. The file I have is an mp4, and Photobucket does have the ability to create a simple HTML code to embed it somewhere, but I'm not sure if Camaro5 has that ability. When I paste the HTML code and post the code, it just shows a long link, and nothing is embedded. Any ideas?

When you are looking at the page in Photobucket, on the right side there are some links... The one that is listed IMG code, copy that entirely and past it in your post...

I tried several different ways and copying that and pasting it is what worked... There is no need to add url brackets or anything else...

I'll try that! I didn't try that originally because I figured it would only post the picture of the car, but then you would still have to click the picture to bring you to the photobucket website. I wonder if it will let me post and play the video within my post on camaro5, so there would be no need leave the camaro website to view the video. I'll post back with feedback! Thanks

It's interesting because I just tried the IMG code and it posts the picture of the car (almost like a screenshot from the video), but it's squashed or compressed for some reason. Then, when the picture is clicked on, it still loads the photobucket website to view the video. I wonder why it won't allow us to just play the video from the post itself when we embed it.

I have no idea... I see that now... I'll pass this on the some of the more computer savy mods and see what they offer...

Thanks. This is fantastic. I appreciate all the help. I wonder if the Camaro5 website isn't set up to embed from Photobucket or other file sharing websites besides YouTube.

Can't embed mp4 files. Youtube has a special script that allows people to embed the movie in a post, but mp4 is a whole nother format. Sorry Tcat.
