In a TSD rally with a multitude of checkpoints, over 4000 miles as this one was run, a winning time within a minute was possible/expected! And that took very accurate distance-speed calculations to accomplish.

Correct but half points since you did not include the name of the likely TSD device mounted in the Camaro. Probably a Halda Speedpilot augmented with Curta Calculator.

1954 had a first series & second series pick ups, and then the '55-58 Cameos vs standard pick ups.

Define different? Short bed, long bed, step side, S-10, Colorado, cab configuations and imports like the Chevy Luv.
