i'm bulking up a lot upper body wise..i've always had lower body strength

No actually. I watched a video a long time ago of someone getting a compound fracture at the knee on the leg press. Mind you he had something wrong going on but still....... Best to keep it light.

Snow Birds are RV bound retirees invading the local grocers here. They are more of an annoyance than actual threat.
