lol.. well i ask you for advice when i see you on here because i knew you were up on your health and such

Put this way, I was in so much pain all the time from mainly being sore that I got used to it. I feel worlds better now that I stick to the 4 day plan like you should. Luckily I never messed up any joints or ligaments, just torn muscles.

Yeah, I tore a muscle in my abs..i'm fine now. But now I know how to do that properly. Haven't had an issue in a while

The problem is that your muscles get used to doing the same lifting routine. I try to vary it up by switching the order and how I actually lift. This last week was all super sets and this week is normal lifting. I might do slow controlled lifting next week.

I dislocated my should several times. Although it popped back in, that pain doesn't go away for several weeks. The worst was when I did at the hip. Running actually helped keep that one loose....but wasn't a good idea.

I tore an oblique muscle recently reaching for a receipt at the car wash. You really don't miss that muscle until you can't use it....it actually is used in a lot of movements.

Try doing something different each week. You'd be amazed how easily you can get sore from changing how you lift up.

It really does make a difference. The only problem is my left arm with the plate kinda limits me on exercises with pulling motions.
