I love it. Not gonna lie. I feel great after I push hard during a workout. But I'm still dying.

mine def did that.. i used to not be able to run 1 mile full through.. now 5 in 35 mins.. it's NUTS. yeah i'm slightly breathless, but i know i'm pushing myself SOOO much beyond what my comfort zone was.

The hardest part for me is not going to the gym every day. Because I WANT to go every day and I know I shouldn't. Lol. I'm making myself take tomorrow off. Gone the last three days.

i go 5 days a week..weekends off.. just work different muscle groups.. cardio everyday however is a good thing

Half the battle is actually convincing yourself you can do it. It takes time, most people still quit though.

I used to run and lift 7 days week. I have so many injuries because of that its actually kinda funny.

yeah definitely. i can do ALMOST anything i put my mind to. my ankle limits me a little, not much shockingly
