Ain't nothin to it but to do it. It just requires hard work and dedication which you already do and have both

I would think so. I do 225 to 240 on flat bench depending on how I'm feeling when I max out. You actually don't want to do TOO heavy because you could jack up your shoulders.

Start trying incline, you might be amazed how much harder it is. But it will help even more than flat.
