PS3 unless you plan to do a lot of online gaming. The 360 is much better for online play. PS3's online is ok and is good enough for me because I rarely play online.

I would personally get a ps3. Much more selection of games. Plus you get a bluray player.
Only thing is ps3 isn't really as friendly with friends and things like Xbox live is.
