Yes it does!! Some girls do either because they were TOLD they were gonna wear it regardless of what they wanted. Others do it to pay homage to their mothers. I didn't wear my moms because they didn't know how preserve back then so the color tinged and she told me it was my special day so I should pick my own special dress. It depends on the girl though.

I didn't say me. As if you couldn't tell already.....I'm not a girly girl. I'm more of a tomboy. I don't know seasons fashion trends, or any of that stuff. If it fits I wear it.

There are quite a bit of women out there though that can pick it out like it was a black crayon versus a yellow crayon. They pay that much attention to the detail and fashion. I'm a lost cause!

Heck yeah!! Just banging out everything one right after the other!! Yes, definitely need her bag and baby's bag. 2 outfits just in case!! My grandma had me drinking warm milk at night and always have socks on 2 weeks from my date. Keeps the insides warm for an easier delivery. I wouldn't know.

She's great, just sleepy a lot. wakes up every 2 hours to pee. hips hurt, back hurts, ankles hurt... shes ready

baby was 7-7 per the sono last week and head down! 1/2 cm last week so we shall see today...

No way I could fit my mothers, plus it was homemade... Its in delicate shape now haha.

Yeah I do!! It popped out within the last month. My weight was up and down a lot, and last month my body caught up and BAM 13 lbs!!

Yeah, I bet she is just ready!! That's the downside of the end of it is you loose all your energy!! Yeah, the peeing all the time sux, and then the baby moves all night so it's hard to get comfortable. Then when you finally do, you take one to the ribs!!

Really?!?! Wow!! Maybe he or she will come early!!! Sounds like a healthy baby already!!! YAY!!! Do you have the coming home clothes picked out already??

Exactly!! The fabric would be brittle after so long of just sitting there!! I had mine dry cleaned and vacuum packed so it stayed in good shape!!! I don't have daughters, but I would like to keep a momento of that day. Besides, Danny is my first husband!!! J/K!!! I love him to death the darn Texan!!
