No, I've lived in the ghetto in Philadelphia.

Beaumont isn't a ghetto. It has a ghetto part of town, but every place does.

Beaumont, on the whole is nice. I should know. I lived there.

As for gunspoint, well theres a reason ExxonMobil is building a mega complex just south of the Woodlands.

I've seen the plans. Theres going to be homes and apartments built in and around the complex. It's basically making its own woodlands for all the people that are going to be moving in.
