The house is big enough for the two of us to live there and never see each either but G doesn't like the idea. I understand why. I would not be happy if G was living with an ex-GF. He talked about buying me out but he doesn't have the money right now and I am not that much of a bitch to take him to court for the money. When I moved out he offered to pay my rent until I got on my feet.

The other option was selling the house so he could move to the city.

Oh!! I understand completely. It is awkward, but if you don't have any other means of housing, what can you do?!?! You know?!?! Hopefully it won't come down to that though. Well, that makes sense anyways because you don't really have a reason to take him to court other than wanting money right now for it. So smart play on that one, and that was very nice of him to help you out when you moved.

The house is over 5,000 sqaure feet. It is too big for one person. He was only living in WV because I wanted to live there.

I could only afford it if I had roommates. The house has 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 baths.

See, you have options!!! I say talk with him first and see if he would be willing to move back to town and if so then start the hunt for roomies!!! If you never ask, you will never know!!! So, make sure to always ask rather than to assume!!! Can't hurt, worst he can say is "No, I'm staying here." That's nothing!! Give it a whirl hun!! I'll be cheering you on!!!
