Challenge Accepted!!

I'm assuming when you say Yummy food, you are talking about BBQ Chicken, Louisiana Sirloin, Sweet Potatos with some home made strawberry jam on wheat bread. Now that's Yummy eating!

Sure! You can have those things & lose weight. Sweet potatoes especially are very good for you and one of my favorites. Just watch portion sizes!

I went to line dance class tonight. I ate healthy all day but did have a pretty big supper. I was really hungry! I'm not sure if I will get to go to class every day this week since I need to do some things to pack & get ready for my trip. I'm really looking foward to some peace & quiet.

Portion Size? For me, eat till you need to losen your belt, then you are done and ready for a nap. This works perfectly into my training schedule.

None at present other than the usual stuff, red yeast rice, vitamins, and flax seed. Whey protein too.

I'm getting plenty of sleep I think.....7-9 hours depending.

My thyroid was removed a few years ago....could be that.

I've even cut out most of the alcohol to see if that helped LOL

Check this out,

Flax seed oil w/ first and last meal

1 Vitamin E
2 Multi Vitamins
3 Collagen tablets
1 slow release Iron tablet
3 Glusossamine/Chondroiton Tablets

PM Schedule

* At last meal take

1 gram Vitamin C
2 calcium tablets
1 magnesium tablet
1 zinc tablet
1 tsp glutamine
3 Glusossamine/Chondroiton Tablets

Started taking these a few months ago, Seems over kill on the vitamins but I've never felt better since I've been taking these in the last few years I've been working out.

Hmmm ok Dr. Bonnie, I'll pick up some of that stuff my next supplement run and give it a go. I was thinking of the Glusossamine/Chondroiton here lately. My right elbow is giving me fits. That tendon that runs across it spikes pain every now and then and make me drop dumb bells.
