i'd still go with the 416. the 376 is a good engine if in a pinch. but if i had more time and a little extra money i would've went 427 from texas speed

That's the route I'm gonna go when I have the budget. If I hit the lottery I'm gonna have everything torn apart and start from scratch. I'll go with the setup I emailed you a while back. Doesn't hurt to dream...

yea the 454 would of been sweet, does the 572 come as FI? Ive only seen it as carb

i'm gonna try to buy a used SC on here in the next 6 months.. they usually go for 4-5k and I think I can swing that.

You mean EFI? I haven't seen it other than a carb setup but who knows?

Yea, I had a chance to buy an IROC-Z with a ram jet 350 for 5k couple years ago. Didnt have the $$$. The motor is 5k alone lol

As of right now I am. I'm just throwing ideas around in case I definitely decide to keep it. One thing I know is that a rebuilt trans is inevitable.

but i'm pretty sure you can get an edelbrock kit that'll handle the job.

Vinny can tell you what I wanted to do and had priced. It was a custom built 750HP N/A 454. $22,500 though.
