Soreness has set in following Fridays workout. That's okay, it hurts good. I don't mind that sort of pain and was expecting it. I plan to workout some ore tonight to work out some of it. I'm trying out my new Zumba class tomorrow after work and my new lunch sandwiches that I made this week. If the class works out, my new schedule will be Zumba Mon, Aerobic line dance Tue & Th & weights Wed, Fri & Sun. (I wil be working late on Wed so I won't count on getting anything done that day & Sat will be my day of rest.
The bad news is My motehr-in-law cooked a HUGE dinner tonight for hubby's birthday. No telling how much working out it will take to work that off. :( But Man was it good. Good thing Birthdays only come once a year!

My workouts today
Day 1 – Legs/Butt/Calves 4 x 15 leg extensions superset 4 x 15 one leg at a time stationary weighted lunges superset 4 x 15 narrow stationary high jumps 4 x 15 leg curls superset 4 x 15 stiff legs superset 4 x 15 allien squats 4 x 20 wide leg press superset 4 x 15 wide high jumps 4 x 20 one leg cable butt kick backs superset 4 x 20 one leg butt press superset 4 x 20 weighted hypers superset 4 x 20 one leg butt squat on smith machine 4 x 20 seated calf raises superset 4 x 20 calf raises on leg press superset 4 x 50 calf poppers Cardio-Stair Climber...... set on intervals for 40 min. Wheeeew....... glad thats over with!
