those are where I see most of the money going
at least depending on the cards, but the SSD cards are freaking expensive. Thats why I went with the sized I got. Just figured I need one for the OS and the others for games like BF3, Skyrim, etc.

You're exactly right. The added cards and SSD drive was pricey as was the RAID controller.
