1 hour of zumba.

1 banana, 1 boiled egg, a serving of pineapple, one chocolate milk (gotta have chocolate), 1 bowl of corn flakes, and as much water as I can hold. Not sure if this the right track, but at least there was no reeses or honeybun today....LOL

I am doing well with healthy eating & going to class so far this week. I probably won't get to go to class tomorrow as I will need to get Ruby & myself home before the snow we are supposed to get makes the roads too slick. I dread getting that salt crap on Ruby again but I for SURE can't drive the Crossfire. Anyway, I will just come home & do weights instead.

Zumba a is sexy, and seriously cardio pumping & really targets different muscle groups. Dr Love where do you do Zumba? I used to go to Zumba at the Center in Springfield, but then they changed the start time & I can't make it back from Nashville in time. I may get to add one day per week of Zumba at the same place I do the Cardio line dance class. I'm going to try it Monday.

I was beginning to wander if the cause of the pain is from running to much. It is a pain that just doesnt want to go away at all!

You may just need to rest it and let it heal, it took me 4 months one time for a stone bruise I had on my heal to heal up.....it sucked but if you keep running it'll just get worse!

Hi BB, hope you are well!

Just found this thread - what a great idea! I've put on a few pounds over the holidays (from 174 to 181), and have now started to lose - back down to 178. But would like to get back to 165, where I was in 2006 when I dropped 40. And stay there. Lighter weight will make the Camaro go faster!

I'm not a gym person, any repetitive exercise for the sake of exercise bores me to death. Music or videos do not help. So I climb mountains, the small ones we have in New England. So far Mt. Monadnock is my highest at 3,165 ft, followed my Mt. Wachusett at 2,006 ft. I'd like to go once a week starting this spring, as soon as the ice melts.

I'd appreciate any thoughts and encouragement!

Sounds like you have a lot of fun planned in the spring, it is so much easier to workout and enjoy the outdoors once the spring hits 4-sure! Running outside and seeing the great outdoors beats the dreadmill anyday!

Good luck with your goals and excited to hear about your progress!
