its always better to talk about things then set them aside and let them build up. Trust me I know. I literally went crazy when my ex gf broke up with me many years back, helps to talk to people about things

Just gotta keep your head up man. It WILL get better. It took awhile for it got better for me, and once it did Im happy. Just takes time my man.
