The funny thing is that when a college playoff was proposed years ago the Pac 10 and Big 10 were against it.....reasoning they gave.......then 2 teams from the same conference could play a rematch in the NC............

I've said all year that LSUs offense isn't even good. And with Bamas defense as good as they are it's pretty predictable.

I guess we don't have to worry about a split Championship.

I really don't think anyone in college football could have beaten Alabama last night....The defense played lights out.

1.) Great defense Tide!!!

2.) I think LSU thought their special teams and defense was going to score all their points!

3.) OSU should have been playing in the BCS NCG!!!.......BCS system must change!

Great defense indeed, BUT I would like to of seen the Tide's DB keep up with a OSU, Stanford, O-Ducks offense. Thanks to the BCS.....we will never know!!

The game last night showed us the BCS Defense champ! Not the Tide's fault, just the system.

I agree pony. I'm not going to say okie state would have beat bama I'm not going to say they would have lost but I will admitt osu's offense would have moved the ball well past the 50 and there would have been more scoring from each school.

IMO lsu didn't block worth a $hit and there qb needed to be pulled back in the 2nd

Congrats to bama. I think all of the doubts that bama should be there made this outcome.

Here is a question

November 5th. Bama beats lsu and bama wins sec championship game

Lsu wins out Is it still

Bama lsu ? Shrugs

Espn radio said this morning driving into work most turned the game off in the mid 3rd qtr. I watched wondering if a td would have been made by either team lol

Alabama was a better team last go-around as well, they just couldn't establish a kicker. Who misses 4 FGs in a game and takes a 3 pt loss..

Either way, it was a pretty mind numbing game. Really hope the BCS starts to consider the playoff picture...

Football is a team game, not just the db's, with that being said, the Tide would crush, Oregon, OSU and Stanford. Saban is a defensive Wizard. He would defintely make Oregon one dimensionsal, they would have to pass the ball and be able to run norh/south. Saban defenses are big, fast, and disciplined which is what you need to beat Oregon.
