They were cheap but fairly reliable if maintained well. A lot will still do fine even without regular maintenance. It's hit-and-miss.

Being the owner of two Cavaliers over the years I can vouch for this statement. The only thing good about them was the fact they were affordable. Other than that I can't think of anything positive to say about them.

I can agree with fen, they are somewhat reliable..I would be upset to get one as a first car. And dude, the dashboard in ours( ) is coming apart lol.

I thought the Dart looked promising from the teasers...but I actually really don't like it. Something is off.
