can't complain with the weather lately, 40's and even some days in the 50's...weird winter thus far.

but 30 degrees today with 30mph winds...sooooooo winter is here. 15 degrees tonight and snow next week, ugh.

Boston Massachusetts, dusting of snow in October. Average temperature so far this winter is in the mid forties. Today it is 31 and sunny. The forecast shows no snow for as far as the eye can see. I am still driving my SS. (many self censored political comments not added). Our normal winters are never ever "normal". They have flucuated throughout my liftime. The fluctuations are what is "normal". So much for global(censored).

So we can do other crazy snow days things
ie snowmobiling or skiing

sooooo, I feel sorry for the people in the warm climates as us northerners, get to experience a multitude of different activities based on the weather.
I would not have it any other way.

Born and raised in Indiana, moved to Florida last fall and moved back to Indiana late this summer (personal reasons) while the warmer winter was nice, I missed the cold and the snow. Spring brings chirping birds and beautiful, blooming flowers, the changing leaves in Fall . Florida was so....boring. It was always the same. Plus the beaches and pools get old fast. Very glad to b back!

We got the first snow of the year in KY/Cincy yesterday, and while there was no accumulation apparently it wasnt expected as there was no salt on the roads. There was a 30 car pile up and a 12 car pile up on a 20 mile stretch on I-75 from Florence to Dry Ridge. Unreal.

I knew it was snowing so I took out the AWD SUV yesterday and even slide once taking an intersection corner where the whole area was a very thin layer of ice. Of course i was going ~20mph. On the way back i took it around 10 and had no loss of grip.

Like Angie above, I enjoy the snow and actually having seasons. It will severely limit driving the camaro but its a give and take.

Eh, I dont mind. With snow on the ground I can do doughnuts without having to worry about tire wear!

Also, its 46 here with little to no snow on the ground.
