Started off the new year with sunshine and 53 degrees, so Ladybug got a bath today! Finally, a chance to wash off all the grime she accumulated while the SUV was in the shop... I feel better now.

Either all you ol' dudes and dudettes are still in bed cuz you partied too late last night or you had to go to work today. By a show of hands who partied last night? Ok, Who had to go to work? Hmmmm, Methinks yer'all dead this morning. No hands up fer either question.

I went to the gym this morning. Then I went to the bank, only to find it closed. Dang. Then to my auto insurance office. Closed too. Then to the body shop to get Lightning's ouchie looked at, closed too. Now, I've got to figure out how to stuff all those errands in before work tomorrow.

No partying for me, Jay. My year ..unfortunately, didn't end well nor did it start well. We are all grieving the sudden passing of our beloved cat, Majix who was only 6 and a half years, last Friday. :(
I am devastated ....we all are..

This was the second cat of mine that passed in my arms. My first, I was away and had to hear the sad news when I came back. My second we knew...he was ill and was 20 and a half years.
I cannot bare this anymore. No more animals for me.
I have been home like a lump on a log since that dreadful day.

So very sorry to hear:( Just gave two of our five furbabies a little pat on the head that are in the room here. Not a day goes by not thinking of the ones we have lost in the past. It's never easy but your beloved pets will always share a special part of your heart.

sorry to read this, I know how you feel, as I held my Tito, my loyal companion for 12 years, I held him till he had no more life... and I cried hard...


I did get another baby, my sweet little suzie, she is very tiny, only weighs 3lbs.... I still miss Tito, but I now love Suzie.... I will always have a dog, even though I know, one day, Suzie will also pass, and break me in two..
