I do that. I did it today...and for some reason....I got carried away in my thoughts and ended up burning 512 calories and finished up my other workout.

SWEET! Maybe if I increase my gym time from 40 mintues to over a hour I can burn more calories

I need to work on my high cholesterol and lose some weight according to my doctor visit last month. I'm doing everything else right have normal blood pressure, and I don't have diabetes

I keep on switching topics tonite but has anybody purchased tires thru tirebuyer.com. I'm buying two tires for my camaro on Thursday when I get paid. They are the cheapest $251 a piece free shipping.

I bought my two front tires thru tirerack.com about a month ago. I should be smart though and go buy them at my chevy dealer $331 for one
