Yes but the option has never worked in the NFL, the defense is way too fast. What will happen eventually is that he will get clobbered and won't be able to run the ball like he does now. That could with the weak and inaccurate arm will be the end of him.

Option won't work all the time, but if you sprinkle it in, it can be very effective. Tebow needs to be able to do everything. He is a work in progress and I would not count him out just yet.

He won't gain 12% passing accuracy, no QB that has been the inaccurate ever has. He could make it in something like the Wildcat offense, but that will NEVER be the primary offense.

I don't want to hear the whole give him time shit. Look at Dalton for the Bengals. He's a rookie and had a hell of a year, and he was thrown into the fire without having the luxury of being able to sit and learn from a veteran QB. You either have it or you don't and Tebow doesn't have it.
