Once upon a time long ago I ordered take out from a nice Italian joint. When the food got there I had the table set and everything ready. I proceeded to put everything on the plates and threw away the evidence of take out. I even ordered an extra helping of everything to put in pots/pans on the stove to make it look like I cooked it all. Worked like a charm.
