You guys are definitely sick to be able to do that. Getting second and third helpings and it NEVER shows!!

I've gained weight since I turned 30 and would like to lose about 10 pounds, but for my height (6'2") my weight (190) is within reason.

Yeah, my hubby is 34 and was still having problems but when I got preggo he had all the cravings and ATE ALL THE TIME!!!! He is up to 180lbs and is 6'. Before that he was stuck at 165 for the LONGEST time. Then BAM!!

I know what you mean. I was 153 when I graduated HS in '94 and pretty much stayed the same weight (give or take 5 pounds) until 5 years ago. I needed to gain some weight, but not all at once. It's not hard for me to lose it if I actually try. I started last year weighing 193 and dropped down to 180 in a month, but then I went back to my old eating habits again.
