The documentary is called that because of the guy involved. He was overweight and had some diseases that would flare up, and the found a trucker that was soooo over weight to get on the program that had he not would have died from his obesity. It's actually quite interesting. It doesn't even call for much of a workout to drop the weight. You start of walking then jogging, and hopefully end it by running. They were monitored the whole time and the guy that had the skin disease ended up having it clear up and I forgot what else he had that went away as well. He was healthier than ever!!! It was amazing! Got my attention. I wasn't over weight to begin with, but was still totting around my baby fat from my son. Didn't see a reason in getting in shape if I was gonna have another that wrecked my body. So, I said screw it, but since I'm done after this IT'S SO ON!!!!
