They're going to regret it if it ever snows hard this winter. Hell, it was barely misting when I went through it and the rear end of the truck was sliding around.

What does snow have to do with it? You can still plow it. It's slippery in the rain bc it's new asphalt. There will actually be 3 or 4 of those "Michegan U-turns" on bypass.
