Hey Guys/New Member
Hey guys, new member here. I just walked in the house after purchasing my new 2012 Camaro 2LT RS in Ashen Grey Metallic.
 I have owned may cars, but this is my first new car purchase. This site helped me make the decision between the Camaro and the Dodge Charger. Unfortunatley it is currently in transit and is expected to arrive on Jan 1st. :( Apparently Ashen Grey is a hard color come by, but I fell in love with it when I saw it in the showroom. Was tempted to settle for the floor model but it didn't have all the features I wanted. Anyway, here's to making new friend in this forum. Glad to be one of the cool kids.

Welcome and congratulations on your purchase. Ashen seems to be a hit with the ZL1 buyers. I agree with your decision not to go with the dealer car and order your own. I've learned that you ultimately suffer when you don't get exactly what you want.

Welcome and congratulations on a great ride!
I have to wait till January to start looking for my Camaro, but I am almost certain I will go with the Ashen Gray Metallic. My present car, 2006 Mustang GT is Tungsten Gray and it never shows any dirt. Post pictures when you get your new toy!!

gyoung, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Just got a call, my car is at the dealership and is being PM'ed as we speak.
I was hoping it would get here sooner than expected but I didn't expect today. Now I have to convince my boss to let me out of here for the rest of the day.
