Wow!! Well, you gotta do what you gotta do. That's too long to have to wait for something. Did they explain to you why you hadn't gotten it yet?? Crazy!!! Good job laying down the law without being dirty about it, and definitely a plus with the moms!

Everything he posted is what you say to a customer service rep. Those are all the key phrases they listen for.

refuse to pay. will never recommend you... Never buy from you again...

Cancel my subscription/membership... I want a refund... etc.

Keep beating that drum and you will most likely get escalated. If the company is worth anything.

They are called escalated calls and they get flagged. They are listened to by the sups, managers, and quality control.

AH!!! I see!!! AWESOME!!!

I placed an order with a Sports collectibles place in Houston for an autographed jersey from Nolan Ryan, and they were really good about keeping in touch. They refunded me when the signing didn't happen, and then touched based with me again 4 months later when they had a jersey come in. They were GREAT!!!! I have had issues in the past with people but I try to be polite but stern and I usually get my way by being nice. Killing them with kindness sorta thing, plus it helps when they are guys.

SO......our PM decided to take this week off (after ruining our first few hours this a.m. with his presence), and everyone is more than excited. Out of 60 ppl only 7 of us are here , so we can still get crazy.
