Yup, that counts I guess!!

Christmas was great this year. I got lots of dress clothes for work Which I needed because of the weight loss. I loved being home with my family and the little guy (my nephew). It was he first Chirstmas. Christmas is about family now.

Yeah, that's always a plus. Isn't it funny how when we were growing up we despised clothes and now we look forward to it. Yeah, it would have been nice if our whole family could have gotten together like last year. That was a blast!! I miss our big family get togethers, but if it's not my hubby having to work, it's my sister so we never make it down to Artesia. Really?!?! How exciting for him, always fun when you see their little faces light up for the VERY FIRST time!!

Nope. I preempted him by throwing all the buzzwords that alert a supervisor to listen into a call and then proceeded to use all the tricks to get information they don't normally give out and I got a written notice of what they told me and also informed them that if I didn't receive the jersey in time for the game, I was sending them back a box of confetti and disputing the charge with my credit card company and would have no problems taking time out of my day to make sure they didn't get paid and that I was never going to purchase from them again and that I would make sure that all of my hockey loving friends would not purchase from them again in the future just to screw them out of $400 for something I ordered more than a month and a half ago.

/gotta love having a mom who was a Customer Service Call Center Supervisor, I know all the tricks

List of words that will trigger the rep to call his supervisor to listen in, your mileage may vary:

Extremely
Dissatisfied
Unacceptable
Never
Refund
Return
Dispute
In writing
Supervisor

Some call centers have systems that will alert the roving manager to listen in, others do not but instruct the rep to call their manager over when certain phrases are said.

It's important to be mad but not at the rep themselves. They are just the one your call was directed to.

The moment I said "Tom, I have extremely upset and this situation is unacceptable" I heard a click and then heard someone talking to him lowly in the background.
