Ok maybe this would work : get yourself a wheelchair for court and the day before you go have one of your boys kick the shit out of you so when you arrive at court and the judge ask you what happened you tell Him " Your Honor while walking across a certain intersection in your town whichever is the busier intersection you were struck by a drunk driver that was speeding ! " maybe this will be enough for the judge to feel bad for you and that maybe you have learned your lesson !!! Just kidding but I'm sure someone has tried this ! Lol...

aww man. are you serious? well on the citation it says to got to court on the 27th. the officer told me that i can go on or before. if i go before, wouldnt it be better because he wont know when im going and if he does not show up, they just dismiss it?

Yeah I am serious the judge has every right to pull your license at your first court date if I were you like I said find a lawyer ASAP to go with you to court on or before the 27th. You might be able to find a lawyer that will allow you to pay him off . My friend just went through this same exact thing he went with a lawyer and it worked out in his favor. If he didn't he would have got shafted !

signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt,, it is only stating that you are in RECEIPT of the citation..and his statement is also not carte blanche that what he said is true.. you have a right to your day in court.(your side of the incident) fight the ticket, make a deal with the ADA. and its all about $$$$ , not points or taking license,, hope that helps..

It's more than money when it comes to excessive speeding I would bet any amount of money he is getting points and I will also bet any amount of $$$ if he goes without a lawyer he will lose his license .

I mean, if he didnt catch me with the radar, there is no proof i was going that fast right? Is there anything i can do about this? I checked the dmv website, and for my state, New Mexico, it says if you get 12 points in a year they might revoke your license, and im a used car salesman, so i need my license for my job. Anyone with legal experience please help! Thanks in advance.

P.S. i love my camaro. I want to be able to drive it legaly!
Just get a lawyer. A good one. I have 7 speeding, one excessive acceleration, and a reckless driving ticket and havent lost my license. I turn 21 next week. You just gotta pay. Money makes any problem go away.

I found mine by asking a few of my buddies who get tickets often. Just ask around and youll find one with a good rep.
