Well, like I said. We're fans.

To me, the goal should be to win it all. If that's not the objective then I don't watch. And Considering that OU was at one point ranked number 1 and turns out they were WAY over rated and then Buffalo was 4-1 and in first place and is since then 1-7 and season over it's a big fat fail to me.

If the expectation hadn't crept up with either then I wouldn't be so bitter but sheesh. Talk about a disappointment.

Are you saying that once they're out of contention you no longer watch?

Oklahoma, yes.

Buffalo, no. I watch the Bills after they are out of the playoff picture but differently lol. More synically. Obviously there is nothing to hope for on the season but I still watch to know.

I'd watch Oklahoma after a second loss but, again, college football is only of interest to me while the Sooners are in contention. After that I don't care about it. 2 losses and season over in college football.

I didn't even watch the Bedlam game. (saw parts of it) I was in the garage. And I probably won't watch the NCG.

But I never miss the NFL Playoffs.

I'll start watching college ball in December when it gets compelling. Right now it just isn't. Never has been.

I find it odd that a fan of a college football team doesn't watch their games after a couple of losses. Especially skipping big rivalry games. Michigan could be 0-11 and I'm still going to watch the OSU game. Hell we had 2 losses this year and I flew to Michigan to catch the OSU game in person.

I explained earlier in this thread that I never went to OU. I only grew up in a town that loved OU. And I am a fan of the team. Not necessarily the school. I don't give a rats ass about OU baseball, basketball, volleyball or anything else.

I've never said anything different. I root for my teams to win it all. I have a more NFL love than College. It just so happens that my favorite college team is always in the top 10 or so. If they weren't, I wouldn't even watch college ball. Simple as that.

Basically, I watch Sooners Football........... NOT college football. And only because I have childhood ties to it.

Again, college football in December is not interesting to me at all.

WoW...Georgia Southern got schooled like a high school team. I do not believe they played like that after doing so well against Alabama. I am so disappointed that Fumbo Shaw returned this year to the semi-finals. He did the same crap against Delware last year in the semi-finals. North Dakota State earned and deserves the shot at the national championship for the FCS especially after the yellow/green bus took us to school in Fargo, ND yesterday. I know everyone is a FBS/BCS college fan here but the FCS Championship game on Jan. 7th should be a great game to watch. Undefeated Sam Houston against North Dakota State who has 8 championship titles from Division 2 before they moved up to the FCS this year or last. Anyhow, always next year...YADA YADA YADA

Looks like it might be but North Dakota State is a very motivated team from what I saw in the game against Georgia Southern. Should make for a GREAT championship game and performance from both sides of the ball. Definitely, one of the better matchups this college season when looking at some of the bowl games in comparasion.

Sadly, I will be selling my playoff tickets now that I don't have the heart to watch two other teams play in person at the stadium...perhaps I will double my money for the tickets now that they are sold out!

Just because they are getting all of these BIG recruits doesnt mean they will do anything with them. I'm sure they will be nothing is promised.

I stated all year OSU would be back so enjoy having the wheel at this time however now that Michigan has there team heading back in the right direction this should make the rivalry something good once again.

You couldnt expect OSU to be down to long there Football history is to Rich.
You Michigan boys sent OSU to the locker room this year with unfamiliar looks on there faces Did you expect them to return to the shoe with the same look next year ?
A rivalry reborn

He should do fine. That was my point.
It will be hard to recruit in Ohio now.
PS
Last time Mich, beat Meyer in the last bowl game they played . (Tim Tebow florida)

PS to hell with the buckeyes.
