I want one so bad but no one has any for sell and all of the dealers I've talked to hasn't had any since last spring before the recall on the barrel. I've had a couple dealers tell me that they got letters from Kel-Tec saying that they are no longer shipping them. :(

It was all in the courts interpretation which is definitely different from what the founding fathers envisioned.

Anyhow, more pics of guns!

Those silencers look great. I would love to have mine with silencers, but they are so against the law around hear. The law wants to hear the loud bang when someone discharges.

They are not against the law in nearly all states and definitely good to go in Texas! Find a class 3 dealer and he can talk you through the paperwork and extended atf background check requirements. If you can own a firearm, then you will pass the background check for any NFA item be it a DD, SBR, MG or suppressor. There is a one time $200 tax for each NFA item. IM me if you have any questions.

.50 BMG Supressor. Nothink like shooting a Barrett without needing hearing protection.

In Texas, class 3 Items require the local sheriff's or Police Chief's, or judge's signature. In central Texas, Travis county is good...it's just a formality...but in places like Williamson county....forget about it.

Most around here create a corp which does not require a signature and allows the addition of different officers to the corp. Costs around $600 and the corp must file a tax return every year. Yuck!!!!

Trust requires no monthly or annual paperwork. No meetings with minutes, no tax requirements and you can name your grantors and trustees. If the corp folds then the items have to be transferred to an individual or corp or trust requiring another $200.00 tax per item.

You have to find an older version of quicken. They took trusts out of the latest versions beginning in 2010 I believe but you are correct. Legalzoom could do it as well.

haven't looked into it, I got the older copy of it.... I let a friend of mine borrow it when he bought his MAC-10 a while back, worked perfectly for him

I want NFA toys!!

I have a GSG-P that's threaded right now. Just waiting on funds to allow for the suppressor and SBR build. I already have the collapsible stock... just need stamps to put it together! It also has custom rails (machined, aluminum I think). It's my favorite range toy because it's easy to shoot and even easier to afford! I went on a spree years ago of getting the bulk 550 count .22lr from Walmart anytime I could spare the cash. Ended up with about 10,000 rounds. Have about 8,000 remaining haha.

After that will come a suppressor for my AR15.

So how do you go about getting a fully automatic? I am in Oklahoma and can't get a straight answer at my local gun shops. Basically no one knows?
