Never understood how kitchens are what makes the sale, yet SOOOOOO many people put their houses up for sale and the kitchen (and bathrooms) are the most outdated. Not to mention, they are asking WWWAAAYYYY to much for them. That's a $50,000 below asking price offer right there just to upgrade.

Yes, tons of fun!! Exciting too!! I like seeing other ppls houses.

I shot a video of my bud opening his present Saturday. I've been too busy to get it uploaded. I'll try to do it this evening if I have time. I'll PM it to you if I'm able to get it done.
