So long as your hitting 100 reps per muscle group and your breaking down your muscles (high enough weight along with controlled lifting) that should be sufficient. I usually do 4 sets per exercise in 12, 10, 8, 6 order. I usually do 4 exercises per muscle group.

i do just enough weight where i can BARELY finish my last 2-3 reps of the last set.

This. Don't forget to change up how you lift every 3 to 4 weeks slightly so your muscles don't get used to your training program.

see this is my issue..idk how to do that with weight machines..

I can be done but its easier to do with free weights and cables.
