So give or take on a day where you don't exercise you should be burning 2,000-2,200 calories a day and days where you do exercise its between 2,600-2,800 a day.
i'm at 183-186.. I want to be at 160ish.

Right on, the figures are probably pretty close to the high side right now then. Try to create a deficit of 500, any greater and you'll start burning through muscle. It takes 3,500 calories to burn a pound of fat. You'll see weight come off faster in the beginning because you lose a lot of water weight.

You should take in 1 gram of protein to each pound of lean body mass. It should be 2 grams of carbs to each pound of lean body mass. Fat should be half the grams of protein. You take in too much protein your body starts to convert it into carbohydrates anyway.

150 Grams of Protein
300 Grams of Carbs
75 Grams of Fat.

Not true actually. Non-saturated fats like peanuts are actually good for you. The problem is you can't eat a lot because they are high in calories.
