I wanted to go see my best friend in Tyler, be able to get away whenever I wanted, not have to sit in the back of a ****ing truck for 12 hours, and run around with my cousins and let them see/drive the car. this is such horseshit. I hate my family sometimes.

!! Math and I broke up a LONG time ago and we have never been able to be friends. It was a nasty split.

I do plan on going back for my MBA at some point, but not now. Good luck on the rest of your classes, bummer that one is on Sat though. You CAN DO IT!!!

I am going to be trapped with no transportation and stuck with a shitload of family members I hate for 4-5 days. You don't understand how wacko some of these people are. PLUS I haven't seen my best friend in two years and really wanted to see her :(

or my personal favorite...... someone is texting and ignoring you in the car being a biotch (say, like a sister)....... start pumping the brakes at the light, makes it near impossible to text

Take your car and leave early the morning of your drive. Or tell your parents to get in your car.

Not possible. Liz lives 2 hours east of Dallas and we are headed south through Dallas and San ANtonio. He won't detour to see her as it's out of the way and he has to be back for work, and I was taking an alternate route home.
