Ok, here it goes.

If your office is positioned in a way that you can see everyone who comes and goes and what times they come and go. On top of that, you help out by doing timesheet audits at the end of your day to stay outta trouble with the main headquarters, so you get to see what people log in. You have 2 benefits of seeing who comes and goes when and what time they actually enter into the system. Well, you spot a co-worker come in a quarter to 9 and leave at 3:30, and see that she recorded 8 hours for the day. She logged in from her home computer and put in her time at 5, but you know she didn't work that late. Now, this person has been told on several times by security about her coming in late and leaving early and nothing has been done. Would you just sit back and do nothing, or would you dip out here and there because if she can do it you can too? Mind you, this person is about your equal job wise but has been here 4 years longer than you. I"m frustrated because she kisses ass to the super and no one watches her, but I'm watched like a hawk and I always do my time.

You're in a tough situation because it's definitely not fair that nothing has been done over her blatant rule violations, but you definitely don't need to follow in her footsteps. Do your job the best you can and bide your time. Things always have a way or working out and she will get what is coming to her sooner or later. It sounds as if it would do you no good to snitch on her either considering she kisses the super's ass so you appear to be in a lose/lose situation.

EXACTLY!!! Well, doing what she does can be considered fraudulent and have punishment because she is lying. We are government contracted, and since I see it doesn't that make me part of it if I don't say something??

I didn't know you were contracted by the government. Is there anyone else higher up that you can go to and talk about it with? That way you're at least on the record for trying to do the right thing. If nothing is done about it after that then it's not your fault and out of your hands.
