Nope. Quiting some bad habits like caffinee and trying to eat a lil better.

I cut down to drinking one red bull a week. I have been using crystal-light energy in my water.

I rarely drink anything with caffeine in it, unless I didn't sleep and have class. Then, I just chug a couple red bulls.

That's what I trying to quit is drinking Monsters. I drink tea on occassion. Them energy drinks are loaded with sugar and caffinee. I wish I didn't enjoy smoking so much i'd quit that too. Hell i'd smoke in my sleep if I could

I get bored in a pool quickly. I gotta be able to swim out far away, then dive real deep and poke crabs.

This Crystal light energy has no sugar or calories. It does have caffinee.

Tell me about it. I quit smoking for a little over a month this summer, but started up again. I enjoy it way too much as well Apparently, it's the worst thing I can do for my back. Oops.
