I did feel the effects of depression while I was on it, I could get really down a lot easier than usual. The worst part for me was CONSTANTLY needing chapstick; my lips were so dry all the time. It is a permanent issue though, I never needed it beforehand, and now I can't go a day without chapstick, even though I've been off accutane for years. Kinda sucks.

Smoker for 35 years. Tried Chantix August 2008 and have been off cigaretts since. Great stuff for most people.

I had a few beers while on it, no problems.

No bad thoughts. I keep a loaded gun with me during the day while at home. I did think about shooting my incest bred neighbors though.

Don't take it on an empty stomach, or you will have a queasy feeling.

It worked great for me and with the price of smokes going up the money I save with buy
gas for the new camaro, bullets for the guns, and Viagra for the Misses.

I used Chantix with no side effects, except for what was mentioned above about not taking it on an empty stomach. Haven't had a smoke in over three years. If I could go back in time, I would take it all over again. If you start having bad thoughts or dreams, just stop taking it!
