I believe he intended to type RG3. When you look at what RG3 did with the limited talent/resources Baylor has, you have to be impressed. Luck is an outstanding quarterback no question. RG3 has overcome more challenges in my opinion. Beating Tejas twice in a row, beating Oklahoma and Tejas in the same year, beating 5 teams ranked in the top 30 etc. He seems to be a well spoken and very bright kid too. Luck will be the No 1 pick in the draft, I hope RG3 wins the Heisman.

RG3 should win the Heisman hands down.

The rest of the field had a MUCH MUCH MUCH better supporting cast around them to help them. And it's not like Baylor didn't play a tough schedule. To me the rest are far behind him. Put any of the other candidates on Baylors team without RG3 and what do you think the numbers would look like?

Now do the opposite. Put RG3 on Bama, LSU or Standford and what?

Alabama will lose alot this year and have a young team next year. Probably lose 8 starters on defense, most of the offensive line, and Will definitely lose #3.

Alabama has played alot of freshman and sophomores........3 offensive lineman got hurt early on with knee injuries, Dee Hart 5 star running back tore his ACL, so the underclassman didn't get alot of playing time this year. We will also get Duron Carter, big wide receiver plus all the incoming recruits...We have alot of talent on the roster right now, a lot got some experience this year...but you never know.

Griffin has an arm like you would not beleive. His eye sight is awsome and his decision making is quick and crisp.
Only thing imo he needs to work on is holding the ball better sometimes he just holds it like a loaf of read.

IMO he will/can be the closest thing to Micheal Vick you can get.

When he leaves Baylor things will once again look like the past in lubock.

IMO it should go between RG3 and Luck

I hope RG3 wins so his stock will get high and he will go to the NFL lol

Here is a question to everyone

After the Texas game RG3 said I think tonight Baylor won its first heisman.

Do you think he is being to ****y? And will that not set in good with heisman voters?

My opinion NO

Texas said he will not score a heisman on us. He picked apart our defense that jelled and became a too 10 defense before the year was over.

Will it hurt him? Dunno. I know it hurt Vince young but if u ask me I want that ****iness on my team.
Any man who says he is good and then backs it up gets in the head of competitors and succeeds gets my vote. You just better back it up. Certain type of ****iness boost these kids confidence before games. Vy's ****iness helped us get over ou in 05 ( 5 year drought ) vy's ****iness lifted the team in the 4th qtr of the rosebowl against Michigan in 2004

I saw rg3 first play as a freshman vs ut in austin and knew he was the missing link to baylor.

IMO he isn't really ****y as he is confident he will tell you I only play as I prepare myself.

I'm sure we will see him on NCAA12's cover next year lol

Now gtfo of here lol

Can someone answer why the word C@cky gets sensored lol like it is above lol

Before I start I will not apologize for being an Alabama fan. Alabama is not to blame for this, what are they supposed to do decline the invitation? Well of course not. The problem is the system that is used.

I do believe that Alabama is one of the top 2 teams in the country, that OSU's loss is worse than Alabama's, and that Alabama will win New Orleans.
I don't think anyone blames Bama. Although Saban voting for Stanford at #3 and OkSt at #4 was a total dick move on his part.

According to the latest reports, the AD's are seriously considering going with a +1 system, which would have greatly helped this year.

When OU played Florida OU was scoring 55 points a game and Florida won 24-14....Texas was scoring alot of points and lost to Bama, albeit their QB got hurt. Last year Oregon was scoring a point a minute until they played Auburn. My point is this that when these type of offense play for all the marbles they do not do well.
OkSt would give Bama and LSU all they could handle. The closest team to OkSt that LSU played this year was WVU, they run the same offense, but OkSt's is much much better with better weapons. WVU rolled up over 530 yards on LSU's defense, but they lost because they kept turning the ball over and gave up a special teams score. If OkSt got their shot and they were able to limit mistakes, they could take either one of the top SEC teams. Too bad we'll never be able to find out. Instead we get a rehash of a game that was already played.

[quote=Dr JkelI guess it is just in how you look at it...Offense puts butts in the seats but defenses win Championship.[/QUOTE]

I tend to agree, but then I look at who Bama played to get that #1 defensive ranking. They played against the #116, 114, 110, 107 ranked offenses. 9 of the teams they played ranked in the bottom half of offenses in the league. I'm not saying Bama isn't good, but it's a part of the whole picture, and a reason I believe OkSt deserved a shot.

Luck is the best NFL prospect and the other guys are awesome, but they aren't better than Tyran. I'm not an LSU fan at all, but that guy is unbelievable and relentless. There hasn't been anyone like that before, not even Charles Woodson. Just sayin'!
You are out of your mind if you think he's better than Woodson. Woodson was a special teams player, played WR, but most importantly was a complete shutdown CB. Honey badger isn't even the best CB on his team.

Yes they do, but they'll get it done. We are going to lose a LOT of important players though.

My opinion NOl
It didn't hurt Desmond Howard when he struck the Heisman pose after the punt return for a TD against OSU! RGIII hands down deserves the Heisman this year.
