Probably should stay up in Sedona before hitting the Canyon, its a good 5 hours north of Phoenix. Old Town Scottsdale is what most people like to do in the Phoenix area.

Yeah, in Phoenix were at 1,100 feet above sea level. Ole Show Low is at 6,500. That's higher than Denver, they had 18 inches over two days.
