I'm thinking that's the case, its like that here in AZ. Most employers have policies that give them the leway to let people go like that within 90 days, hence probabtionary period.

yeah they did..... but its still a shitload better than anything I've had in the past few years..... 35-45 hours a week and $11.50/hr with benefits, speaking of which...... I checked the mail on the way in..... got about 8 letters from them about enrolling in retirement and crap........ where's my matches???

I wish we can actually use that here, the state laws say we can. Its these damn blanket HR policies that keep all these toolbags at every company I've worked at employed.
