Beck, from a legal standpoint, you broke your damn back. They can't do what they are doing unless there is more to the story that we are not getting. With a properly executed release from your doctor, they have to make allowances for you. Trust me-- this is a fight you can win.

i believe they told him he could take the final at a later date, but he decided not to. it was a mistake on his part, it seems. you live and you learn. hopefully he can go back to school. that's the main focus.

The whole story is, they caught us on video cameras inside the stadium. In the original police report I had climbed back out of the stadium and we just said I was doing backflips off of curbs. I'll probably get charged with trespassing and breaking and entering if I try to fight it, they're pretty much saying you were doing something stupid and illegal, not our fault you hurt yourself.

He isn't the nicest by what I've heard
