Good plan! When do you think you'll be able to pull the trigger on one?

You'll love the HP at first, but you may be like many of us and want more after the first couple months.
my warranty was gone with less than 100 miles , more horsepower is a must have

Some bad news followed by some good news.

V6 owner had an engine fail. Guess his oil had disappeared somehow. He said no leaks, and his DIC said 50%, but it seized up on him. Got it towed to the nearest dealer. They said they have to get the info off the ecu and send to GM to see if it's still unde warranty, because they saw he had CAI and headers.

Good news, GM got back to the dealer and said everything is covered.

He also had a tune. So for all the folks that said every car can be detected of having a tune or not, there's your answer for the v6 camaro.

I know it sounds crazy, but I want a blower that has the real loud whistle, so probably a procharger or Vortech for me.

A V6 had engine failure? Was he trying to keep up with a V8?

I kid, I kid.

Good that his dealer is cool.

I was on my way to the dealers to retrieve my $1500.00 certificate from GM, when my salesman called me and gave me some good news, He got me another
$3000.00 for my Challenger, well that was all it took and I pick up my new IOM 2SS/RS
December 30th.

I know you like the whine. Go with the Maggie and cog drive. Unless you plan on making this a dedicated drag car then I'd definitely go centri then.

I guess there have been a few cases with the v6, with oil consumption.
