OHHHHHHH! I know I am spolied. I came from a well off family but I have been working since I was 12 and if I wanted something my parents didn't want to buy for me I paid for it myself.

Hmmm?!?! Very interesting indeed!! It's a MYSTERY!! Dang, she just seems to have a string of bad luck. What are the odds, some ppl can just never catch a break. :( You're a very good friend to be helping out and working through all this with her.

At least you admit it. I'll give you props for that, and for working for the things you wanted. I never like those kind of ppl that always had things handed to them, that's no way to grow up cuz you will never learn to survive on your own. You just had a lot of good luck in life and awesome parents!! Still funny though, BRAT!! J/K!!

I am a BRAT too I do have some awesome luck. I got lucky that her roommates moved out the same week I got kicked out. We both had no one to live with.

I am very grateful to have her and I am proud of myself that I am doing this on my own. My family thought I would have been home months ago, but I am going on 7 months now.

Well, of course you should be damn proud of yourself and what you have accomplished. You may have had the upper hand on the stick your life, but you didn't expect it forever. You took what was necessary from your parents to survive as a child, and now as a woman you are taking matters into your own hands and not letting things get you down. That's definitely something to !!! There aren't many ppl out there like you, most still expect hand outs. However, there is nothing wrong with asking daddy for help either. We are daughters what can we say!
