Its not necessarily about hurting yourself. The soreness you feel from lifting or running is just latic acid buildup. Its just your muscles breaking down and getting stronger, its not a bad thing. Over time the soreness gets less and less. The idea is not to rip apart joints and tear muscles, its breaking them down quickly, resting and recovering.

I thought she was breaking my back the first time..... it hurt like hell and popped a lot, but afterwords it feels GREAT! Really could go for some of that right about now, my neck and shoulders are KILLING me

I'm learning gradually over time to be more conservative in my own work outs. I seem to be getting more of a benefit lately with more control stuff vs high weight. On top of that I'm less tired than I used to be.

it depends on who does it..... some can do it, some can't. She'd stick her elbow in my lower back and press firmly as she slid it up one side of my spine, right as it crest my shoulder bone it would start and just unload a ton of tension all the way around my neck...... dang, now I need a massage
